On Eagles Wings Trainings 2011-2012

On Eagles Wings is an introductory disability Leadership Program for African American adults with developmental disabilities and African American parents who have African American children under the age of 18 yrs. with developmental disabilities.

On Eagles Wings teaches participants, introductory leadership skills, and the process of developing positive partnerships with elected officials, and other individuals who make the policy decisions about services those participants and their families use, or may be eligible for.

On Eagles Wings is an IPSII Inc. Project, funded in part by the Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities financed in part by a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Developmental Disabilities, under provision of P.L. 106-402.
