Thank you for visiting the IPSII Inc. web site.

IPSII Inc. was founded by graduates of the Minnesota Partners in Policymaking® and is dedicated to increasing people with disabilities and their families, Independence, Productivity, Self Determination, Integration & Inclusion (IPSII) through our projects like On Eagles Wings program.

Wonderful news! Our On Eagles Wings Leadership Training Program will begin in January 2015. This is IPSII Inc.’s 11th year of implementing the Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities African American outreach project [On Eagles Wings].

To Increase Independence, Productivity, Self Determination, Integration & Inclusion (IPSII) for people with disabilities and their families.


Our Non-Profit

IPSII Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that was formed in 2002 by a group of Minnesota Partners in Making® graduates who had  children with developmental disabilities.

  • IPSII Inc. is customer driven to ensure cultural competency and best practice.

  • We achieve our mission through our grant activities, analysis of public policy and outreach to traditionally un served and under served populations.

  • All of our grant activities, products and outreach efforts are FREE.

  • Each person is a unique individual, a citizen and has leadership potential, no matter their life challenges;

  • All communities depend on the capacity of people, on their fullness, on their possibility

  • Through training, advocacy and increased participation, we will initiate adaptive change, creating welcoming schools, neighborhoods and workplaces for people with disabilities and their families.
